Step Away From Your Sewing Machine

My Brother "Laura Ashley " NX-2000

I have 4 projects going on in this picture.  Can you tell what they are?  Under the book is a quilted Landscape, for my guild challenge, top left of the book-are ABC's, quilted for my Great Grandson. Little Covered Note Books, and on the sewing machine is covered laundry cord in Red, making coils for placemat.  And, these are only the projects you can see in the picture.  Jody Pearl has invited us to join "Just A Moment" JaM.  Which can be found with her link on my blog.  This week is "Step Away From You Sewing Machine" and take a picture and tell about our projects.  I counted all my machines for this, I have 3 Brothers-my NX-2000, CS-6000B,  XL-3022.  My Janome Harmony9102D overlock.  3 Treadles - Singer, this one  is from the 1800's and it works, one singer that does not work, one Golden Star that still works.  And many parts from others that are tables.  I have my Grandma's Singer that is from 1924, elec, and it still works and it means the most.  Not sure what else to tell you about my projects, sometimes my projects are my only sane moments.

Check back to follow my projects or to see what happens next.

Talk about spoilt for choice - mind you, you need all those machines to keep up with all those projects or does it work the other way?!

Thanks for joining in Rosemary - hope you'll join in this weeks JaM challenge.

Singer is very popular in Poland! Each grandmother or mather had a machine like this.

WOW, and I thought my craft room was chaotic, lol. Nice to know I'm not the only one who works in chaotic clutter. I love it. Who would have it any other way?
